More than just a business plan company, Idea2Plan was founded with the purpose of providing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and non-profits with an affordable “idea coach”. The company is built on the principal that the creation of quality business plans, grants, and proposals is a dynamic process that requires support, guidance, and advice. Idea 2Plan supports clients throughout the business formation, financing, expansion planning phases, to enable their ventures and projects to have a solid foundation.

Rhea Bowen, Founder and Principal Consultant

Idea2Plan founder and Principal is a multifaceted consultant that has a passion for helping others succeed. Energized by sharing her knowledge, gathering market research and conducting analysis, and offering expert advice in creative problem solving, Rhea brings unique and fresh perspectives to clients and projects.

Rhea has a diverse management background that spans a variety of sectors including insurance, hospital administration, and post-secondary education. Rhea holds a Bachelor’s of Arts, First Class Honours in Economics (with Distinction) from St. Thomas University and a Masters of Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Northern British Columbia. Rhea has a personal academic interest in the area of Female Entrepreneurship and completed her graduate research project on Female Enterprises in Resource Dependent Communities in 2009.

Rhea is an avid volunteer and holds positions on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Saint John, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Canada.
